Lake Oconee Assisted Living, LLC is a Provider agency with DBHDD in Region 2. We provide exceptional Community Residential Services 24 hours a day for individuals with developmental disabilities. We have two licensed facilities located at:

Lake Oconee Community Living Arrangement

The Community Living Arrangement (CLA) is presently able to service all Tiers with skilled nursing services. The homes are located in residential communities, and they handicap accessible. We have been servicing our community since since 2008. Our new day services provide Community Access, Life Skills, Pre-Voc., CAG, CAI, Transportation and Community outings. Our facilities are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. thru 2:30 p.m. We are currently accepting applications for new clients with DBHDD NOW/COMP Waivers.
Lillie R. Tripp
Owner
Mrs. Lillie R. Tripp is multi-talented entrepreneur. She is an Ordained Licensed Pastor and Evangelist. She has been a Pastor for over 18 years. Mrs. Tripp has worked for over 40 years as a Certified Lawyer's Assistant in a general law practice. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree In Management and Theology. Mrs. Tripp opened her first assisted living facility in 1997. Caring for people and managing the family owned assisted living business with her husband Sidney, has been a priority for Mrs. Tripp. Her Certification as a Direct Support Specialist has proven to be valuable in servicing individuals with developmental disabilities. Her motto is"Everyday find a way to serve someone and do it". She brings her compassion as a mother, wife and minister, to work daily as she engages in providing exceptional living support for individuals with developmental disabilitieswith dignity and excellence.
Monica Tripp
Director/Behavior Consultant
Ms. Monica Tripp was born and raised in Greensboro, GA. She graduated from Greene County High School and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia College & State University. Monica’s post graduate studies earned her a Master of Science Degree in Human Behavior from Capella University. A Specialist Degree in Behavior Analysis. She is a DBHDD Medicaid Provider for Behavior Consulting. She has over 16 years of experience in the assisted living business. She has been a Certified Middle Grades Educator in Georgia for 9 years, teaching English, Reading and Special Education. She has worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities for over 17 years. She brings her compassion as a mother, Christian, and Teacher to work every day as she engages in providing exceptional assisted living services with dignity and excellence.
